I have been under the care of Professor Chinoy since 2013 as a patient at Salford Royal Hospital. After I developed a number of chronic health conditions and associated complications, Professor Chinoy diagnosed and identified the underlying problems and also other potentially serious issues. This early identification and resultant treatment helped me avoid further progression which would have had serious consequences resulting in major surgery. At all times I have found him to be supportive, helpful and friendly whilst getting to the route of the problems and advising clearly and honestly on his findings, the likely issues and potential consequences and the various courses of action. He is my first choice for any health issues in his specialist areas and I would not hesitate in recommending him.

I first saw Prof. Chinoy in December, 2020 and was impressed by his thoroughness and his capacity for listening to what might seem trivial detail but that which is relevant to the patient. His subsequent diagnosis and prescription for drugs relevant to my condition would appear to have benefitted me greatly and my two consultations since then (one by telephone and one face-to-face) have been most productive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Prof. Chinoy to anyone looking for a first-rate consultant.

I found Dr Chinoy to be very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. From his initial examination to diagnosis strategy including required scans and then post diagnostic recommendations which were clear and precise. He was also warming, friendly and made you feel very at ease in what can be a very stressful environment.

I chose Mr Chinoy based on his superb credentials , and didn't expect anything more than this, he was clearly the best in his field. As expected, he was professional, honest, and immensely knowledgeable, but he has many other qualities that I want to share with any potential clients as I know how hard it is to choose a consultant at potentially the most stressful and scary time in your life, knowing that the wrong move could mean delays in proper treatment or worse. Mr. Chinoy is a lovely man, kind and understanding, and very personable. Most importantly, he listens. You really get to have a proper conversation about your health, and he answers and explains everything with distinct clarity (no jargon). You leave the appointment with a plan of action, and a clear understanding of your situation, which in my case ,I really hadn't had before this consultation. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr Chinoy for anything that you may need within his field of expertise. This is the sort of review that would have made our Consultant choice easier, and i hope that it helps anybody out there in the same position that we were.

Dr Hector Chinoy was exceptional he listened he showed empathy and he fully understood what I was going through on my first consultation. In treatment he was very understanding advised me of the good and the bad sides of the treatment but gave me confidence that it was going to be successful. On my follow up appointment 7 weeks after treatment I left with confidence and knowledge of what I could do when this re occurs and felt that he was going to put all the alternative procedures in place. Fantastic customer/patient service
